ello from the sunny island of Rhodes! I'm a schoolteacher, and we're planning a cultural food festival for our students to celebrate the diverse cuisines of Greece and our partner countries.
We're seeking traditional spices, herbs, and condiments that can add authentic flavors to our dishes. Anything from saffron to rosemary would be greatly appreciated.
