Chestnuts now that "Winter is Coming"!

Kalimera from the serene village of Kastania in Peloponnese! Our family has been tending to chestnut trees for years, and autumn is our favorite season. I have a ton of bags of fresh chestnuts, perfect for roasting over an open fire or making into delicious spreads and desserts.
