Hello from the vibrant city of Ioannina! I'm Antigoni, and I've been crafting artisanal cheeses in the heart of the city. Using traditional methods and fresh ingredients, I produce a variety of cheeses, including feta, halloumi, and mizithra. I've recently crafted a special batch of smoked feta, which has a unique and robust flavor, perfect for salads, sandwiches, or simply on its own.
