Herb is life!

Kalispera Kalispera from Corfu! I'm Antonis or Anthony if you prefer, a passionate hobbyist gardener who grows a variety of Mediterranean herbs like rosemary, oregano, and thyme. These herbs are sun-dried and packed to retain their rich aroma and flavor. After attending an EntreYOUTH workshop, I was motivated to share the essence of Greek cuisine with our European partners.
I've prepared mixed herb sachets for seasoning dishes or making aromatic teas.
I've always been fascinated by the culinary traditions of Cyprus, Romania, and Spain. If you have any native herbs, spices, or even recipes from these countries, I'd love to exchange!
